Duties
Our client based in Pretoria CBD is looking for a Record Management Clerk on a 12 month contract. The duties for the candidate will be:
- Open volumes of files and re-structure contents
- Selection and arrangement of official records
- Digitization of paper-based records
- Updating of inventories of records
- Link electronic records with identifiers on inventory
Required Qualification And Experience
- Matric
- Computer Literacy Certificate
- Certificate in Basic Archives and Records Management
- At least 6 months experience in administration or registry environment
- Knowledge of the implementation of the plan, digitizing and manual file indexing
