Role Overview: We are looking for a motivated Lead Generator/Telemarketer to join our team. This fully remote position offers flexibility to work from anywhere. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background with a proven track record in lead generation and client relationship management. Key tools include Cognism and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to help grow our client base and drive business growth.
Main Responsibilities:
- Use Cognism and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to generate new leads
- Contact potential clients through phone, email, and social media
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends
- Keep accurate records of sales activities in our CRM system
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on lead generation strategies
- Meet or exceed lead generation and sales targets
- Provide regular feedback on lead generation activities
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in lead generation or telemarketing
- Proficiency in Cognism and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organizational and time management skills
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting targets
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools
