Your key job responsibilities as the Spanish Customer Service Host in Cape Town will include:
- Respond to customer queries via telephone, email, and online chats in Spanish.
- Manage all incoming and outgoing contacts in a multimedia environment.

- Build and manage customer relationships.
- Resolve issues and troubleshoot during shifts.

Requirements for this Spanish Customer Service Host job in Cape Town :
- Native Spanish
- Fluency in English and Spanish (speaking, reading, and writing).
- Availability for shift rotations.
- Completed high school education.
