To lead and supervise Inbound/Outbound sales consultants engaged in the sale of products in accordance with business and client needs through the application of call centre best practice which will ensure that sales targets are met and to consistently portray a corporate image. To lead and supervise acting in the role of a 2ic towards sales team leaders, therefore overseeing the business unit in the absence of the manager. To build sustainable relationships within the network, stakeholders, and broader CHNW group within SBIB and the Bank. To lead and oversee the calibration between Risk and Execution and the Sales team leaders and consultants. To lead and oversee the PI claims/Ops Losses within the business. To be future fit, lead and oversee salesforce and remain relevant at all times in this regard.
Qualifications
- Completed Matric
- FAIS/RE accredited (compulsory)
- NQF 5 FAIS Qualification
Experience
- 2 - 3 years sales experience / contact center experience and Insurance sales experience
- 1 - 2 years Leadership and people management record
- 3 - 4 years previous sales and general banking experience. Understands the bank’s sales processes, policies, and procedures; knowledge of the bank’s products and service ethos
