Recruitment Administrator - Agency - Bluff Durban
Talent Candey is currently looking for an amazing Recruitment Administrator to join our team based in Bluff, Durban . (must reside in the area)
A Recruitment Administrator plays a vital role in supporting a Recruitment team and ensuring a positive experience by handling various administrative tasks to ensure smooth and efficient recruitment processes.
Duties:
- Uploading candidate’s CVs for Recruitment Consultants onto the database including the candidates’ original CV.
- Maintain interview calendar for the Recruitment Consultants to ensure all candidates are on time for interviews.
- When required, conduct references on selected candidates for the Recruitment Consultants.
- Follow up on placed candidates for the Recruitment Consultants on a weekly basis to ensure the 3 months guarantee period is all in good order.
- Follow-up regarding contract positions with the relevant Recruitment Consultant to find out if the contract will be extended or not.
- Filing for the Recruitment Consultants.
- Creating PNet job ads.
- Create LinkedIn ads.
MIE Duties:
- Booking and confirmation of bookings.
- Checking, loading, and forwarding of all relevant documents and information.
- Capturing of fingerprints.
- Resolving issues regarding bookings (e.g., incorrect name or ID).
- Clearing and sanitizing of workspace.
- Assisting Office Manager with setting up criminal checks and processing ITC checks when required.
Reception Duties:
- Answering, screening, transferring phone calls to the relevant person, and taking messages when required.
- Filing as well as creating and modifying documentation.
- Have excellent customer service skills when receiving and screening courier.
- Printing interview documents, leave forms, etc.
Requirements:
- Matric completed.
- 2-3 years’ data capturing and administration experience.
- Advantageous if you have previously worked with MIE.
- Previous recruitment experience will be an advantage.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Exposure to Canva and social media would be an advantage.
- Attention to detail, correcting of spelling errors and grammar.
Working Hours:
- Mondays to Thursdays from 08:00am – 16:30pm
- Fridays: 08:00am – 15:00pm
Salary offered: R8000 – R10000 depending on experience
Office incentive in place and commission on placements.
