Job Purpose
To provide an exceptional level of service to current and prospective customers relating to all parts being sold over the counter, online, or any other platform. The Salesman will assist the customer in understanding the products and identify solutions to fit their needs, generating sales and renewals, whilst continuing to achieve customer satisfaction levels.
Qualifications and Experience
- Customer Care and/or Marketing diploma, degree, and/or relevant experience
- At least 3 years’ experience within Customer Care/Sales
- Experienced with a number of systems
- Full understanding of design and production costs to include waste, downtime, scrap, and re-work
- Experience within the sales environment in the automotive industry
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Automotive Parts (Non-Negotiable)
- Computer literate
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- Own transport & valid driver’s license

R 8000 - R 9800 - Monthly plus Commission - Depending on experience.
