RPO Recruitment's client is currently seeking an Internal Sales Coordinator to join our client's team in Pinetown. As an Internal Sales Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the sales team and ensuring the smooth operations of the sales process.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with order processing and fulfillment
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and customer information
- Prepare sales reports and assist with sales analysis
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks and documentation
- Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales administration or a related role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of CRM software and sales processes
- Understanding of the sales cycle and customer relationship management
