Duties & Responsibilities
- Meeting set sales monthly targets; the candidate is responsible for the set sales targets
- Seeking and engaging new clients and expanding client base
- Proven ability to increase sales and customers (New business development)
- Research market to identify and validate proposed new products
- Tracking distribution and sales performance on weekly basis with a distributor
- Processing orders in liaison with internal sales team quickly and accurately
Desired Experience & Qualification
- 3-5 years’ proven working experience within the Stationery environment, must have worked as a Sales representative preferably in a Stationery supply, distribution and wholesale firm or demonstrable selling FMCG to retail and wholesale
- Drivers license is required, able to travel in the country and or neighbouring countries for client call cycle.
- Proven working experience in Key Account Management; listing within the major retail chain stores/ wholesalers in South Africa example ( Game, Pick n Pay, Shoprite)
- Proficiency in computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, and/or CRM
