Property and Recruitment Admin Assistant

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to property management and recruiting consultants.
- Post and update property ads on property websites.
- Maintain accurate records of property listings, tenant details, and rental agreements.
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
- Assist with CVs typing according to company standards.
- Maintain and update employee records and recruitment databases.
- Prepare and update work in progress reports.
- Perform general office duties such as answering phones, filing, and stock taking on kitchen tea supplies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in property admin or recruitment is a plus.
- Matric certificate.
