Role Summary
To grow the revenue, profitability and cash delivery of the branch. Constantly seek ways to improve the operating quality and efficiency of the branch in order to achieve high levels of service and performance that will meet or exceed the relevant targets within set timeframes. To also identify and develop opportunities for development of branch personnel to enhance and drive improved business performance.
KEY WORK OUTPUTS And ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Manage Customer portfolio and Customer Retention through good customer contact and relationship building and excellent service levels.
- Secure Business Agreements (Service Level Agreements) and drive and grow business to maximise Portfolio Revenue.
- Provide accurate management and forecasting related to finance: revenue, manpower, fleet, service costs, cash, profit.
- Ensure that Accounts Receivable are within targets by managing The DSO.
- Ensure that service planning and routing compliance is in place to optimise efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure that productivity levels are at optimum levels to reach and exceed the state of service targets and reduce credits.
- Drive the Health, Safety & Environment agenda in the branch reducing WDL and LTA to improve and meet business targets.
- Manage employee relations and performance through effective coaching and performance management.
- Maintain and improve service quality ensuring that CVC targets are met and improved upon.
- Manage all stock and branch assets in accordance with policies, procedures and targets ensuring compliance.
- Manage all removals and the 2nd hand store compliance and controls.
