Inherent Requirements
- Registered Assessor
- Facilitator and Assessor certificate
- Working at Heights experience
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Safety qualification or studying towards will be advantageous
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Excellent communication skills (Both written and verbal)
- Fluent in English and isiZulu
- Computer literate (MS Office)
Duties And Responsibilities
- Assist with registration process and documentation
- Ensure that the appropriate training material, stationery and equipment is available and in excellent working order before the training session commences
- Create and nurture a positive learning environment that stimulates learning and motivates Delegates
- Facilitate programmes according to the KBC and SAQA facilitation best practice and self-prepared Programme Enhancement / Lesson Plan
- Conduct, evaluate and provide feedback on training needs assessments
- Ensure that delegates understand assessment questions and how to complete the assessments
- Review and report course evaluations
