Manage, lead, motivate, develop and empower the Credit Team with the Region – thereby retaining a stable team who can deliver business goals. Drive above average standards on the debtors’ book of the allocated stores in order to maintain a healthy, profitable business, specifically on cash collection, credit controlling and debtors book management. Be able to prove above average credit collection and credit management results. Be able to work and perform under pressure. Demonstrate effective staff management, motivation and training skills. Be able to confidently guide staff in achieving the required standards. Implement action plans and follow up in order to reach targets. Be able to set standards and implement collection drives on a regular basis. Ensure administrative
duties within the Region are in accordance with company guidelines. Requirements: Business related tertiary qualification would be an advantage.
