Operations Manager Adelard (Part of NCC Group) is seeking an Operations Manager to join our team and drive the effective planning, budgeting, and management of our operational activities.Key Responsibilities:Operational Planning and Management:Develop and implement strategic operational plans.Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.Monitor and evaluate performance, making necessary adjustments for optimal results.Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless operations.Budgeting and Financial Management:Prepare and manage budgets aligned with strategic objectives.Monitor expenditures and financial performance, providing regular insights to senior management.Identify and implement cost-saving strategies.Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.Line Management and Team Leadership:Lead and manage operational staff, fostering a positive work environment.Conduct performance reviews and provide developmental feedback.Identify and facilitate training opportunities for team growth.Communicate roles, responsibilities, and expectations clearly.Client Engagement and Project Management:Act as the primary contact for clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.Lead project management efforts to ensure timely and successful client project delivery.Develop strong client relationships to enhance satisfaction and retention.Address and resolve client issues promptly.Sales Support and Business Development:Collaborate with the sales team to provide client-centric insights and operational support.Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and sales materials.Provide operational expertise during client meetings and negotiations.Identify opportunities for operational improvements and innovation.Interfacing with Internal Systems:Promote and manage operational activities with Adelard systems, such as ASCE.Identify and implement system improvements to enhance efficiency.Performance Measurement and Reporting:Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational success.Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance.Use data-driven insights for decision-making and continuous improvement.Qualifications:Proven experience in operational planning, budgeting, and management.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent client engagement and project management abilities.Solid understanding of financial management and compliance.Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and systems.What do we offer in return?We have a high-performance culture which is balanced evenly with world-class well-being initiatives and benefits;⏰Flexible working Financial & InvestmentPensionLife AssuranceShare Save SchemeMaternity & Paternity leave
