Our expertise spans multiple industries, including Energy, Automotive, Medical, and Aerospace.As we expand our product offerings and reach a global market, we're growing our Commercial team to support this exciting new phase.What you will be doing:The Business Development Executive will play a critical role in driving the growth of Insphere by identifying new business opportunities and building a robust sales pipeline. You will be responsible for conducting market research, generating and qualifying leads, and working closely with the Sales Engineer to convert prospects into clients. This role requires a blend of analytical skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to map out opportunities across different territories.Market Research:Conduct in-depth research to identify emerging trends, market opportunities, and potential customers within the high-tech manufacturing sector.Analyse competitors, industry developments, and customer needs to support strategic decision-making.Build and maintain a database of target companies, key decision-makers, and industry contacts.Lead Generation & Qualification:Proactively identify and generate new business leads through various channels,Perform initial qualification of leads to assess their fit with our product offerings and business goals.Schedule and conduct introductory calls with potential clients to understand their needs and pain points.Pipeline Development:Collaborate with the Sales Engineer to develop tailored solutions and proposals for qualified leads.Assist in the preparation of technical documents to prospects.Tracking and manage leads through the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and updates in the CRM system.Reporting:Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, pipeline status, and market insights to the leadership team.Participate in regular sales meetings, providing updates on market trends, competitor activities, and potential new business opportunities.About You:Experience in business development, sales, or related roles, ideally in high-tech (robotics knowledge is a plus!)Strong analytical skills for market research and data interpretation.Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.Target-driven, proactive and strong work ethic.Capable of understanding and conveying complex technical products.If you’re interested, please contact emily@isltalent.com for more information.
