We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Lead to join our team and contribute to the continued growth and success of our business.Key Responsibilities:Sales & Account Management: Follow IKM's Sales and Account Management processes to develop and secure new business opportunities. Maximize potential within existing client portfolios and explore future service offerings.KPI Delivery: Achieve all key performance indicators (KPIs) agreed upon with the Sales Manager.CRM Management: Ensure all sales activities and relevant data are accurately recorded in the CRM system.Client Relationships: Maintain and develop strong business relationships with both new and existing clients, ensuring their requirements are met and exceeded.Tender Participation: Actively participate in the tender process, including preparing methodologies, equipment lists, pricing schedules, and reviewing tender submissions to ensure alignment with customer needs and IKM's strategy.Bid Management: Attend bid clarification and negotiation meetings with clients, ensure timely follow-up, and manage the bid register, including lessons learned.Market Analysis: Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activities, and provide insights on market size, volume, pricing, and opportunities.Client Communication: Maintain excellent communication with clients throughout the bid and operational phases of projects, ensuring IKM's best interests are represented at all times.Travel & Representation: Be prepared to travel at short notice to various IKM and client locations, representing IKM in external and internal meetings.Process Improvement: Assist in developing and improving business development procedures within the IKM Management System.Reporting: Prepare accurate management reports related to business development activities.Qualifications:Essential: Full UK Driver’s Licence.Preferred: HNC or higher in engineering or a business-related degree.Preferred: Experience in the UKCS oil and gas industry, either offshore or onshore.Personal Skills:Self-motivated with a drive for continuous improvement.Excellent listener with the ability to identify and understand client needs.Enthusiastic and committed to learning new skills and acquiring knowledge.Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.Analytical mindset with a strong focus on quality and detail.Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
