The company have recently carried out a brand transformation and are subsequently investing in content & events marketing to expand their client base.Reporting to the Growth Director, you'll lead the process to design, build and execute their content strategy in order to reach the target audience, and deliver helpful content that brings the agency's expertise to the forefront.Responsibilities for the Growth Marketing Content Manager role:Lead research and content ideation, engage proactively with teams, clients and prospects to understand all needs.Draw out data and effectively craft these into content stories.Plan / deliver pipeline of LinkedIn content across the brand account, support content posting by key members of the business.Enable the sales team with content e.g. client case studies and proof points.Produce long-form lead generation content e.g. guides, reports, checklists etc. to support lead generation campaigns.Lead events marketing & content creation with the goal of delivering prospects to events.Report on all content metrics & qualitative insights in order to measure continuously and improve how helpful the content is.Profile for the Growth Marketing Content Manager Lead role:A natural storyteller with strong instincts for creating impactful contentHighly organised and proactive at engaging with staff in content creation.Minimum 4 years in a similar B2B Content roleExperience in a Marketing agency/ SaaS/ Technical services (Desirable)Demonstrable experience in delivering high-performing B2B lead generation strategy across a full range of channels (social media, email, paid ads, SEO).The Growth Marketing Content Manager role is based in London Bridge and is offering largely remote working, with only one day in office per week.
