The major focus markets being UK and Ireland for the retail offering, with significant opportunity across the European continent for business expansion utilising the existing distribution network. There is also a small D2C revenue stream from the company website. The company’s mission statement is ‘To produce Mexican food products that make us proud and accelerate the transition to generative farming in the process’. The business is in a high growth phase with sales almost double year on year for H1 2024, with similar growth achieved last year. Sales growth is forecast to accelerate further into 2025 and beyond. The business has recently launched in Coop in the UK in July, is launching Sainsbury’s in September and there are a number of other major partners in the pipeline along with new product development. Position Summary: The business is at a very exciting juncture with a highly experienced and passionate team, and we are currently seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to join us. This is a hands-on, execution orientated role and not an overseer, but a critical driver and doer within the business and member of the management team. The current team is made up of a brand manager who is finishing at the end of the year, to move to Australia and an illustrator on a 3 day week contract. A key component of the new role will be evolving and growing the marketing team and function sustainably in line with business ambitions. You'll be reporting directly to the CEO, and working within a fast pace and action originated environment. As a critical and high impact member of the team there is an equity participation package on offer for the successful candidate.Key Responsibilities:Marketing Strategy & Execution:Develop, execute, and manage a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the company’s growth objectivesDrive brand awareness and customer engagement through campaigns through brand collaborations, social, and traditional channels.Lead the development and implementation of retailer marketing and joint business plans in collaboration with the sales team for new product launches, seasonal promotions, and brand partnerships.
