Their team works to the highest possible standards, ensuring a client focussed approach within the global corporate travel industry.They need an exceptional Head of Corporate Sales to join them, with the successful candidate managing the successful delivery of the sales budget, whilst also sourcing, managing and converting leads across B2B and B2C channels on a global basis.This is a key position within the Company and the role will require regular travel throughout EMEA and occasionally further afield.Key responsibilities include:Manage and lead a team of sales professionals, ensuring budgets are met and team performance is managed appropriatelyLead the RFI, RFP process, working across departments to ensure information is collated and submitted in line with client expectationsUpsell products across global platforms and service lines; carry out regular competitor analysis; attend trade shows & exhibitions; and identify opportunities for new businessManage new clients through each of the different qualifying stages from initial enquiry through to implementation/go liveCreate and deliver client presentationsSkills and experience:5+ years travel industry corporate sales experience3+ years experience in motivating and leading a team of sales professionalsWillingness to challenge and put new ideas acrossLeadership and self-awareness, ability to gain respect and attentionCritical thinking, creativity and strategic awarenessConfident face to face sales approachBusiness acumen, ability to identify new business opportunities and deliver on themTenacity and drive to succeedYoY ability to exceed budgeted sales targetsThis is a UK based remote role, although ideally based South.Excellent £££ package including generous commission and benefits.
