You will employ state-of-the-art recruitment technologies and strategies to identify and attract the best candidates, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with IT clients and candidates.
- Source, screen, and interview IT professionals to match them with suitable job opportunities.
- Utilize advanced recruitment tools, such as AI-driven platforms and data analytics, to enhance the candidate sourcing process.
- Stay updated on IT industry trends and emerging technologies to provide expert advice to clients and candidates.
- Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Achieve and exceed recruitment targets and KPIs.
Requirements :
- Proven experience in IT recruitment or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends. Understanding your Niche.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships.
- Be a hunter. Generate new business.
- Thrive in a high-performance sale culture
- Two years sales experience with exposure to cold calling
- Proficiency with advanced recruitment software and sourcing techniques.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a results-driven approach.
- Full 360 recruitment cycle
- Achieve sales targets (proof of billings/sales/placements will be requested)
- Bachelors degree in information technology, human resources, business, or a related field is preferred. (exceptional academics)
