The Butter Process Controller plays a crucial role in the production of high-quality butter products. This position involves various tasks related to cream and butter processing, ensuring that the final product meets quality standards and safety regulations. The position requires expertise in both butter churning and packaging operations, along with leadership skills to drive process efficiency and team performance.
Requirements:
- Matric essential
- Post matric certificate or diploma in technical or vocational training in dairy processing, machinery operation, or food production is preferred
- Relevant regulations / standards / industry knowledge
- Previous experience in Butter Processing and/or dairy processing environment
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in butter churning and packaging operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or senior role
