Responsibilities
We are looking for a dynamic retail assistant to take on a customer-facing role and assist with sales, collections, and in-store customer queries. Ultimately, a top-class retail assistant is able to improve loyalty by creating lasting bonds with customers through a short interaction with the customer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the flow of information between automated monitoring systems and other engineers, management, and external stakeholders.
- Assist customers in the sales journey.
- Prepare orders for collection and facilitate collections and RICA.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints.
- Explain billing and optimization post-purchase/collection to prevent confusion amongst customers, and in turn ensure a longer customer lifetime value.
- Recommend rainOne to existing clients.
- Be a team player and assist where required.
- Regular inventory checks.
Requirements:
- Experience in customer service, sales, and retention.
- Computer literacy.
