Purpose Of The Job
Responsible for leveraging data and insights to determine how to strategically manage and grow the existing South African business as well as driving new business growth.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of sales leadership experience with a track record of building successful, high-performing teams.
- 8+ years of experience in sales.
- Experience in medical, pharmaceutical or skincare sales – not negotiable.
Duties
- Direct observation through ride-a-longs and timely feedback on how to position products and address the customer needs.
- Coordinate, execute and attend events for accounts to implement.
- Attend trade shows/seminars when applicable.
- Step in and close large accounts.
- Travel is estimated at 70% of time throughout South Africa, local & overnight travel based on geography.
- Additional overnight travel to countries in Africa as needed.
