A position has become available within the Lease Administration Department for a professional, efficient, and organised Lease Admin Assistant who can maintain high customer service focus in a pressurised environment. Reporting to the Senior Manager Lease Administration.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring the lease admin mail box and daily updating of leasing reports to reflect all incoming instructions/work to be done including project files, DANS, and other lease correspondence to be actioned by lease administrators.
- Dispatching lease documentation for signature via DocuSign, courier, email, or post.
- Following up on, receiving, and storing all signed lease documentation from landlords.
- Assisting with the collection of BBBEE certificates from landlords when required.
- Dealing with leasing related queries including FICA requirements from landlords and providing the necessary documentation.
- Ad hoc duties as required in the leasing department, including dealing with NCA certificates and decals required by stores for FRG credit compliance, filing, and general administration.
You must have:
- Must have administrative experience. Experience in a leasing or property environment is advantageous.
- Skilled in MS Excel and MS Word.
- Working knowledge of SAP.
