Key Accounts Manager
Our client is seeking an experienced Key Accounts Manager to oversee operations in the vibrant city of Boksburg, Johannesburg. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our key clients in the dynamic fiber industry.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to understand their needs and requirements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of exceptional service and support to key clients.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services to key accounts.
- Provide regular reports and updates on key account performance and opportunities for growth.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify potential threats or opportunities.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the telecommunications or fiber industry.
Skills and Experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Proven track record of managing key client relationships and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
