Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct sales meetings and phone calls to gather perspectives and drive consensus.
- Keep up-to-date knowledge of the product portfolio, industry trends, competitors, pricing, etc.
- Manage client expectations proactively.
- Act as a single point of contact for product and solution offerings.
- Maintain updated client details on CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.
- Monitor and update billing processes.
- Present and update the sales pipeline weekly.
- Maintain contracts and proposals, ensuring they are up-to-date and stored appropriately.
- Meet SEF (Sales Efficiency Framework) expectations as per the Accountability Matrix.
- Achieve annual sales targets.
- Manage client engagement effectively.
Minimum Requirements:
- Technical background.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in an IT environment.
- Comfortable dealing with C-Level executives.
- Proficiency in computer applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
