Join our Arch team as a Pre Sales Consultant - Value Adds!
You will be liaising with Arch clients to uncover their needs. With your skills and tech knowledge, you will guide the client to the next steps.
As a Pre Sales Consultant, you will be required to contact existing clients, understand their current Value-Added Services (VAS), and have open discussions regarding value adds not yet signed. As a result, you will either sign up the client or refer for upselling.
You will need an NQF 4 or equivalent certificate, as well as previous business-to-business sales experience. We'll also consider your application if you have recently graduated with a sales/marketing qualification.
We would love for you to have entry-level experience with solutions and value-based selling. You must have a valid driver's license and preferably your own reliable transport. You should know your way around MS Office.
You are a star applicant if you have experience with software/high-tech business applications and are familiar with customer relationship management tools and processes.
