- ITSM ServiceNow Knowledge.
Advantageous Skills:
- Practical knowledge of OneIdentity IAM solution.
- Ability to review and troubleshoot scripts and code.
- Fluency in German speaking and translation.
- SAP Knowledge - SAP IAM.
- Knowledge of identity access management processes and protocols in Azure and AWS.
- Teamwork and communication skills.
- Assertiveness and pro-active management and responsiveness.
- Analytical thinking skills.
- Independent way of working.
Qualifications and Experience:
Successfully completed degree in computer science/communications engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 4 years of professional experience in the IT sector, preferably in IAM systems development and maintenance.
