Our client in the finance industry is looking for an Office Coordinator to provide Front Office Support and Customer Service in line with SLA.
Responsibilities:
- Office Management and Support
- Inventory and sourcing of supplies
- Health and safety
- Physical Security
- Repairs and Maintenance
- Marketing, IT and HR Support as per the General Operations Metrics and Outcomes document
- Travel Arrangements / B&B Co-ordination
Requirements:
· 3 Years’ Experience in an Office Management role
