A leading financial services business is seeking a Marketing Manager to focus on developing and driving their paid and organic lead generation as well as social media presence. The brand is already highly respected throughout their industry and you will be joining a diverse team whose mission is to grow and develop the firm’s market share.The Marketing Manager will have a hands-on role in developing demand & leads and create effective strategies that deliver on key metrics.Key Duties & Responsibilities:Drive paid lead campaigns via LinkedIn and other methodsDevelop, deliver, and manage the digital marketing strategy across all paid and organic media channels and more (email campaigns, paid search, social, website etc)Analyse and optimise campaign and channel performance to improve conversion rate and effectiveness of activitiesImplement test and learn campaigns to improve website and landing page conversionCollaborate with the Head of Content to create content that moves prospects through the buyer’s journeyThe role requires:Paid and organic lead generation marketing / social media marketing experience within financial servicesB2B fast paced marketing experienceEmail marketing exposure.Hands-on experience within paid media and ability to track, define and point to resultsA strong understanding of demand generation strategiesA data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse campaign performanceProven experience within a lean marketing function, used to partnering with SalesAbility to drive initiatives autonomously and independently
