The brand has a well-established global customer base and is known for its double-digit growth in recent years, with offices in major international cities.About the Role: Your Responsibilities as International Sales Manager (m/f/d) - Southern Europe & Africa and Middle EastResponsibilities: Strategic Sales Development: Drive growth in Southern Europe, Africa, and the Middle East by managing sales agents, developing new accounts, and executing sales plans.Client & Key Account Management: Build and maintain relationships with key retailers, A&Ds, and contract dealers while acquiring new clients.Sales & Budget Management: Manage sales budgets, pricing, and contract negotiations while achieving sales growth.Product Training & Representation: Deliver product training and represent the company at global events, maintaining VIP client relationships.Required Skills: Proven sales experience in lighting, furniture, or interior design, with a focus on retail and contract sales.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; proactive and independent with a structured, growth-oriented mindset.Degree in business, design, or interior architecture preferred, or equivalent industry experience.Fluent in English; knowledge of Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, or Arabic is a plus.Compensation package: Payment according to the collective agreement. A significant overpayment is possible depending on qualifications and professional experience.
