Location: Parow, Cape Town
Our technology/software SaaS client in Parow Cape Town is looking for a Human Resource Business Partner. You will work with senior management and people managers of respective business units to provide support to drive HR strategies. Your focus will be on the following areas:
- Learning & Development
- Organizational Development
- HR Information Systems
- Remuneration Benefits and Industrial Relations (IR)
Salary: Negotiable plus benefits – Hybrid role
Min Requirements:
- Honors Degree in Human Resources
- 5+ years’ experience in a similar role, preferably from a tech, technology, IT, Software, technical and/or engineering sector

- Employee Data: Accountable for employee data
- Org Charts & JDs: Review and regularly update org charts
- Remuneration and Benefits:
- Support the roll out of the increase management process
- Payroll
- Job Grading
- Benefits: Manage the full coordination of Medical Aid and Provident fund
