A production company is seeking a Product Owner for their Time and Attendance systems. Collaborate with your team to achieve objectives using ITIL methodology and ensure effective system, functional, and scenario testing. Perform root cause analysis to resolve issues, follow quality assurance practices, and support the development of new functionalities and business rules. Lead operations for testing system upgrades, maintain data integrity and develop efficient HRIS workflows. Provide user training, manage third-party vendors, and stay updated on industry advancements to ensure seamless system integration, accessibility, and security.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
- Minimum experience of 5 years as an HR Product Owner – Time and Attendance.
- Minimum experience of 3 years with Human Resource or Payroll systems.
- Experience with Access Control and Time Attendance applications.
- Super-User experience, including configuration, integration management, and user support.
- Knowledge of the Kronos system, SQL, and system testing methodology.
