Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources/Training/Industrial Relations is required
- Registered Psychometrist
- Valid Drivers License with own transport
- Min 5yrs Human Resources/IR/Training/operational management/consulting experience is essential
- Knowledge of psychometric/behavioral assessments
- MS Office literate
Responsibilities - Organizational Development
- Staff recruitment and selection including staff onboarding/induction
- Employee wellness
- HR compliance (policies and procedures)
- Liaise with Employees, Management, Executive Committee, and external clients
- Industrial relations - provide advice and training to Line Managers on industrial relations
- Training
- Learning and development
- Data Management
- Performance management i.e. internal staff
- Psychometric/behavioral assessments - consulting/debriefing with external clients
- Annual audits
