Key Responsibilities:
- Define and align the project charter with the business case and assist in the development of the Benefits Realisation Plan.
- Manage delivery of multiple projects or large/complex programs in accordance with PM methodology and governance standards.
- Lead stakeholder management, establishing and maintaining professional relationships.
- Ensure resource contracting and optimal utilization across projects.
- Ensure smooth transition from project implementation to ongoing BAU support and maintenance.
- Apply for funds to execute projects with sponsor approval and facilitate the prioritization of scope items.
- Facilitate prioritization process of scope items across multiple business entities.
- Effective Risk, Issue, Actions, Budget, Dependency & Stakeholder management.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Relevant IT or Project Management qualification.
- Over 8 years IT Project Management experience.
- Proven experience managing infrastructure projects or infrastructure within business projects in a multi-vendor environment.
- Strong business case development and estimation skills.
- Strong vendor and contract management knowledge.
- Familiarity with Jira and RFP/RFI processes.
- Strong conflict resolution and facilitation abilities.
