A stakeholder in our business that specializes in industrial production is looking for a Junior HRIS Product Owner. Facilitate effective training for system users by generating and updating relevant training materials and providing timely support to resolve application errors and data discrepancies. Collaborate within a team to achieve objectives, participate in projects, and build strong relationships with business stakeholders to maintain their confidence. Conduct system, functional, and scenario testing; document and resolve issues; and perform root cause analysis to propose optimal solutions. Adhere to the Software Development Life Cycle and quality assurance methodologies, ensuring system accessibility, security, and compliance with legislation and business rules.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology.
- Minimum of 5 years in System Support with exposure to HR systems.
- Minimum of 3 years of Human Resource or Payroll experience.
- A basic understanding of SQL language is beneficial.
- Knowledge of system testing methodology and training facilitation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
