Key Responsibilities:
- Gain and maintain an in-depth understanding of SRM product ranges.
- Understand the customer’s needs, financial goals and means, and provide suitable products.
- Continuously update and inform customers of new products or changes in existing products.
- Validate client details in line with product and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct due diligence on clients to identify and flag risks.
- Manage own capacity to ensure daily appointments are prioritized.
- Service and manage all client profiles to ensure retention.
- Send payment reminders and conduct follow-ups.
- Manage and report on NTUs (clients Not Taken Up).
- Gain insight into client risk profiles.
- Consult with clients on alternative payment arrangements.
- Apply product knowledge to guide clients through policy cancellations.
- Resolve client queries or escalate them as necessary.
- Remain up to date with compliance and quality standards.
- Identify risks and flag potentially fraudulent activities.
- Log all activities as per regulations.
- Report on activities daily and collate data for weekly and monthly reporting.
What will make you successful in this role?
Knowledge and Experience:
- Client service.
- Sales and cross-selling tactics and strategies.
- Knowledge of the insurance landscape and regulatory requirements.
- Knowledge of insurance products is advantageous.
Experience:
- 1-year experience in a sales or marketing capacity.
- Experience within insurance branches is an advantage.
Qualification and Experience
Diploma with no experience or Grade 12 with 1 to 2 years related experience.
