Vacancy for an energetic, creative and well-spoken Client Relations Executive with great sales and interpersonal skills. This exciting position requires you to increase the portfolio of Spar stores by signing new preferred media stores, generating ad sales, and building and maintaining relationships with selected stores, Regional Operations Managers (ROMs), and other key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Present, negotiate and sell strategically to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
- Make requested/necessary adjustments or design changes to artwork.
- Sign up new stores.
- Maintain the Control Centre.
- Monitoring and reporting.
- Administration.
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric/Grade 12 essential.
- Diploma in Customer Relations/Marketing and/or service-related field would be advantageous.
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ Customer Relations/Junior Sales experience.
- Minimum of 1 year’s administration experience.
- Basic technical knowledge of computer and audio hardware and radio advertising trends would be advantageous.
- Ability to travel away from home.
