Role Overview
Assisting clients with travel requirements including but not limited to booking flights, hotels, rail, arranging car hire, airport parking and advising on travel visas.

Requirements
- Fluent in Dutch
- Travel experience is advantageous
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of existing clients and accounts
- Offer first class customer service at all times
- Provide a variety of quotations to clients without favoring one airline/supplier
- Follow up on quotations each morning to ensure we have provided what was required and offer any further help
- When a quotation is canceled, try to find out if there is anything we could have done differently
- Take card payments from clients
- Work with Business Account Managers to maximize opportunities and pass on relevant leads
- Work closely with both Ticketing and Finance to ensure reservations/tickets are issued without any problems
- Understand key products, services and unique selling points
