Oversee and coordinate support services for OT servers, continuity (Storage, DR, Backup, Restore), remote access support, OT reporting and governance, and Cyber Security.
Lead the migration to new technologies, evaluate processing performance relating to machine utilization and reliability, and forecast financial, physical, and human resource needs to meet established objectives.
Input into the technical product roadmaps for all enterprise OT infrastructure services.
Develop business and technology standards and best practices for OT and MTS systems.
Manage the effectiveness, efficiency, and overall service performance across enterprise OT services.
Ensure customer satisfaction is high and maintained in areas of enterprise OT infrastructure support services and security.
Own a monthly, global service delivery review with the relevant business stakeholders, peers, and vendors.
Manage the performance of the vendors, ensuring they are meeting or exceeding their contractual commitments for services and projects, including those delivered directly to the BU’s.
Advise all the technical tracks (OT Server Operations, OT remote solutions, OT End User Computing, OT Storage) on technical aspects.
Act as a single point of contact for OT Server support, remote access support, continuity services support, security, governance, and risks in the OT environment.
Ensure that all patching routines are aligned to the customer vulnerability response protocols.
Update all relevant data fields in the CMDB to reflect server patch versions and related data.
