Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage a small team of consultants.
- Optimize lead distribution for maximum ROI.
- Provide training, coaching, and feedback to team members.
- Ensure calls meet company requirements and achieve KPIs.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans.
- 5 years' call center experience, 2 years in a management or quality assessing role.
Package & Remuneration
Between R15 000 - with exciting monthly bonus incentives for meeting KPIs.
