We are looking for a proactive HR Recruitment Consultant to manage the recruitment and placement of both permanent and temporary employees. This role ensures alignment with the recruitment process and Employment Equity Plan to select the most suitable candidates.
As an HR Recruitment Consultant, you will:
- Oversee Ngodwana Mill vacancies in line with the Ngodwana Employment Equity Plan and service agreements.
- Assist line managers in recruiting candidates, including pre-screening via MS Teams and participating in interviews.
- Conduct and manage Administration and Artisan Assessments.
- Collaborate with line management/HR Consultants to define job requirements and manage job adverts on ATS.
- Shortlist candidates and conduct interviews using Targeted Selection Criteria, involving relevant role players.
- Handle travel and accommodation arrangements for interviews and complete recruitment age analysis within 90 days of placement.
- Ensure all necessary paperwork, including medical and background checks, is completed before finalizing hires.
- Provide recruitment updates, maintain assessment records, produce monthly statistics, and manage correspondence.
Required Minimum Qualifications:
- NQF Level 6 – HR National Diploma or equivalent.
- 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and SAP HR.
