Job Title: Sales Consultant

RPO Recruitment's client, in the packaging industry, are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Sales Consultant to join their team in East London. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales of our packaging products in the region, managing a portfolio of existing clients while also identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve targets and drive revenue growth in the East London area
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Prospect and generate leads for new business opportunities, conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify potential clients
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotes to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and close deals in a timely manner
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing any inquiries or concerns from clients
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to support sales efforts
- Stay up to date on industry trends and developments, continuously improving product knowledge
Requirements
- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in the packaging industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of packaging products and industry trends
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Salary: negotiable.
