Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Freelance Sales Representative to join our team at Lead Generator. As a Freelance Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of innovative lead generation and virtual sales services to businesses across various industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Client Acquisition:
- Actively seek out and engage with potential clients to sell Lead Generator's services, including SDR as a Service, Virtual Avatar Packages, and Cold Calling Packages.
- Utilize LinkedIn to identify, connect with, and nurture relationships with prospects.
- Present and promote our services to decision-makers and generate trust as a representative of Lead Generator.
- Follow up with prospects and close deals that result in monthly recurring revenue.
- LinkedIn Presence:
- Use LinkedIn to enhance the visibility and trustworthiness of Lead Generator.
- Engage with prospects through posts, comments, and messages to position yourself and the company as reliable industry experts.
- Build and maintain a professional network that can lead to future client opportunities.
- Commission-Based Earnings:
- Earn a 10% commission on each sale, with uncapped earning potential as long as the client remains with Lead Generator.
- For example:
- SDR as a Service Package: Commission of R5,220 per client, per month.
- Virtual Avatar Package: Commission of R2,700 per client, per month.
- Cold Calling Packages: Commission ranging from R3,600 to R5,400 per client, per month.
- Client Retention and Growth:
- Ensure long-term retention of your clients to maintain your recurring monthly commission.
- Continuously engage with clients to foster strong relationships and ensure satisfaction with Lead Generator's services.
Qualifications:
- Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales, preferably in the B2B space, with a focus on lead generation, SaaS, or related industries.
- LinkedIn Proficiency: Expertise in using LinkedIn for sales prospecting, networking, and brand building.
- Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently, manage your own schedule, and achieve sales targets with minimal supervision.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex services in a simple and compelling manner.
- Results-Oriented: A driven, entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
