Our client in the manufacturing industry is looking for a Project Coordinator. You will be required to go to site. Must have a driver's license and the ability to drive.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of a specific project from start to finish.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables for the Rural Bridges Project.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Work alongside SANDF with the community during the installation of the bridges.
- Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly reports are sent to the PMO Office.
- Identify and allocate necessary resources for project execution. Ensure allocation of Yellow Equipment utilization is efficient and deviations are noted.
- Provide strong leadership and direction to the team and associates (SANDF, PLC, Community).
- Monitor project progress, identify and resolve issues, and manage changes to scope, timeline, and budget.
- Regularly report on project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
- Proactively identify and manage project risks.
- Ensure project deliverables meet required quality standards and are delivered on schedule.
- Conduct thorough project evaluations and apply lessons learned to future projects.
- Collaborate with Project Officers from other provinces.
