Manage Customer Service and Sales
- Process orders speedily and accurately
- Be professional, friendly, polite, and helpful to customers
- Establish customer needs clearly
- Offer product knowledge and solutions to meet customer needs
- Provide customers with accurate and up to date pricing and stock availability
- Ongoing open communication with clients regarding orders in progress
- Assist customers to the best of your ability before escalating the call
- Keep in contact with customers regarding back orders to keep them informed as to progress
- Advise customers of promotions
- Maintain up to date knowledge of products
Maintain Sales Administration and Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of pricing structures
- Ensure customer pricing is correct
- Provide feedback to Manager on competitor activity or any other information requested
- Escalate customer dissatisfaction on pricing, delivery complaints, quality, and timeframes
- Create product budget per each customer
Set and Meet Sales Goals and Objectives Set by Leadership
- Measure sales activities
- Monitor pipelines
- Improve sales close rate
- Reduce length of sales process
Build Relationships with Customers
- Develop meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty
To Uphold and Promote the Company Values and Culture
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12
- 3 years sales experience in a building/construction environment
