Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning and Market Analysis - Conduct market, channel, competitor, and customer analyses to inform brand strategies.
- Develop and execute strategic plans for both new and existing pharmaceutical products.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and advancements in pharmaceutical technology.
Product Development and Management - Collaborate with medical, research, and development teams to align with market needs.
- Lead the development of product positioning and messaging strategies.
- Work with regulatory affairs to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations throughout the product lifecycle.
Brand Management and Marketing - Design and implement marketing strategies that align with the overall brand vision.
- Develop marketing materials and campaigns, ensuring consistency with brand strategy.
- Manage brand budgets, allocating resources effectively across products and initiatives.
Sales Support and Collaboration - Provide sales teams with product support, including training and strategy development.
- Partner with leadership to develop sales strategies and set targets.
- Analyze sales data and market feedback to refine marketing strategies.
Stakeholder Engagement - Represent the brand at medical conferences, workshops, and other promotional events.
- Build and maintain relationships with industry partners, opinion leaders, and external agencies.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting - Track and analyze product performance in the market.
- Communicate plans and performance results to business leadership and relevant teams.
- Adjust strategies based on performance metrics and market insights.
Minimum Requirements: Education: - Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
- Candidates with a Science degree and relevant experience will also be considered.
Experience: - Over 3 years of experience in Brand Management, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
Skills and Competencies: - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex market data.
