Minimum Qualifications: - A Postgraduate or Honours Degree (NQF Level 8) in Business, Finance, Administration, Management, Office Administration, or Human Resources.
- An MBA, MBL, or a higher qualification will be advantageous.
Minimum experience: - At least 7 years of experience in leading support services within a large organization, with at least 5 years in a senior role.
- Experience in the Water and Sanitation sector, government, municipalities, or a related industry is preferred.
- Demonstrated success in developing strategic plans aligned with organizational goals and leading the delivery of high-quality, customer-focused services to achieve strategic objectives.
