- Agile Development (Scrum): Implement, participate in, and contribute to Agile development practices.
- Communication: Maintain open communication between the development team and other business stakeholders.
- Ownership of Development Pipeline: Take responsibility for managing the development workflow to ensure timely delivery.
- Task Management: Schedule and assign tasks to team members efficiently.
- Management of Multiple Teams and Products: Oversee multiple teams and products simultaneously.
- General Project Management: Manage schedules, milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation, including coordination across teams, projects, and customer deliveries.
- Executive Reporting: Provide project updates to executive staff, including steering committees, status reports, addressing blockers, and identifying/mitigating risks.
