We are searching for a driven and results-oriented Senior Sales Manager to lead our amazing client’s Durban region. In this exciting permanent role, you'll play a pivotal role in achieving business goals and driving regional sales growth.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a high-performing regional sales team to achieve ambitious sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive regional revenue growth.
- Identify and convert potential leads into satisfied customers.
- Manage and maintain positive customer relationships within the region.
- Ensure the region meets all deadlines and adheres to company procedures.
- Recruit and onboard new team members, fostering a culture of compliance and motivation.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance team productivity.
- Actively participate in the successful onboarding of new clients.
- Maintain control and monitor company assets in the region.
- Oversee operational efficiency and implement cost-effective solutions.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Matriculation certificate.
- Relevant tertiary qualification (preferred).
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in a sales management role.
- Proven experience in the Fire & Security industry.
- Strong focus on sales and business development (80% of role).
- Experience with budget forecasting and planning.
- Excellent customer relationship management (CRM) skills.
- Proficient in office and operational practices.
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
