Switchboard Operator and Receptionist
Responsibilities:
- Welcoming visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Informing the host of the visitor’s arrival
- Signing in visitors according to company procedures
- Managing queries as they arise in a professional manner, striving for a positive resolution
- Answering, transferring, and executing switchboard calls correctly in a timely and professional manner
- Providing an “ultimate” service experience to both internal and external customers
- Updating relevant IT systems with customer complaints, compliments, and queries
- Performing administration tasks as required
- Always representing the TFG image and values
Qualifications and Experience:
- Matric certificate
- Minimum of 2 years relevant working experience in switchboard and reception
Skills:
- PC literate, with basic Excel knowledge
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Passionate about customer service
- Good interpersonal skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to manage conflict effectively
